In accordance to California law, operating a Scroller does not require a driver license, insurance, registration or a license plate. However, the law requires you to be over the age of 16 and wear a bicycle helmet for your safety.


2) Can I ride a Scroller on bicycle paths?

You can ride a Scroller on bicycle paths as long as the bicycle path is attached to a street.

 

3) Can I operate a Scroller on a freeway?

California law prohibits operating the Scroller on a freeway.

 

4) What is the maximum speed of the Scroller?

As required by California law the Scroller has a maximum speed of 20 mph on even terrain.

 

5) How far does the Scroller go on a single charge?

The Scroller has a range of up to 30 miles on a single charge. Operating the Scroller on hills, in stop and go traffic or extended use of the headlight may reduce the range.

 

6) Does the Scroller come with a charger and what type of power source do I need to charge the Scroller?

The Scroller comes with a userfriendly charger and can be charge at any conventional power outlet (110 V).

 

7) How long does it take to charge the battery from empty to full?

Using a regular power outlet, the charging of the Scroller battery from empty to full takes about 8 hours.

 

8) Is it legal to carry a passenger on a Scroller?

Yes it is legal to carry a passenger on the Scroller as long as the rear foot pegs are fully functional.

 

9) Does the Scroller purchase include a customer satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. If returned fully functional and without and visual damages within 15 days of the purchase date, the customer is eligible for a refund. (a restocking fee will apply)

 

10) Does the Scroller have a product warranty.

The Scroller comes with a 90 days product warranty for all parts.
